Per Diem-Agostini has per diem offices that serve the greater Sacramento, San Francisco Bay areas. When you have a nurse call out sick or are short staffed at the last minute, we can provide you with the staff regardless of the shift in need. We have nurses in all specialties that are available to work within an hour’s notice. We also provide hospitals with “blocked shifts” or “master booking”, by using per diem nurses to cover multiple guaranteed shifts. This is a recommended cost-saving alternative to having travelers on board. These shifts can be booked for the time frame of your choice starting with one-weeks time.

Travel-Agostini works with healthcare providers nationwide that take great pleasure in working travel assignments. We provide allied and all specialties of nurses for a duration of 4 to 26 weeks. Agostini provides and pays for safe, secure private housing and roundtrip airfare. We continually stay in touch with our travelers while they are on assignment and we are available for them 24/7.

Fast Response- Fast response was developed to provide healthcare professionals to our clients within 72 hours notice. Typically, these assignments are under 4 weeks with a guarantee of 48 hours worked per week. Fast response is primarily used when a facility has an unexpected shortage or a large urgent need for a short time period. We have a dedicated Fast Response team ready to travel within little notice. As with our travel assignments Agostini provides and pays for safe, secure private housing and roundtrip airfare. We continually stay in touch with our travelers while they are on assignment and are available for them 24/7.

Complimentary interviews-Agostini offers complimentary interviews by one of our Clinical Advisors for clients that have needs, but are too busy to take time out to interview candidates. Our Clinical Advisor will meet with you and your staff either by phone or in person to get the in-depth overviews of the units interviewing for, and to go over interview material. A copy of the interview will be included in all profiles sent to your staffing department.
